At The Whitstable Cinema we want everyone in our community to feel welcome and able to enjoy films with us. We are committed to making our cinema as accessible and inclusive as possible.

Step-free access: Our main entrance, foyer, and screening room are all step-free and wheelchair accessible.
Seating: Spaces are available for wheelchair users, with flexible seating nearby for friends and companions.
Facilities: We provide accessible toilets on site.
Assistance: Our staff and volunteers are always happy to help with access needs — please let us know in advance if you require any specific support.
Guide and assistance dogs: Registered assistance dogs are warmly welcomed.
Accessible screenings: Where possible, we will be offering subtitled (captioned) screenings and relaxed screenings for those who may benefit from a calmer environment.
